For businesses that produce waste every week, a scheduled collection replaces the fixed bin. We size it to what you produce — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — with no long tie-in and a transfer note for every visit, so your duty-of-care file builds itself.

Your duty of care, handled

Every business is legally responsible for its waste until it is finally disposed of, and must transfer it only to a registered carrier and keep the records for two years. ClearWaste is a trading name of Tidy Up Ltd, upper-tier waste carrier CBDU464597 — checkable on the public register in thirty seconds — and every collection is documented. If the Environment Agency or Natural Resources Wales ever asks, your paperwork is already in order.

How commercial waste is priced

Commercial jobs are priced the same transparent way as everything else we do: by the van space and weight your waste takes, with any specialist streams such as refrigeration or WEEE priced per unit. Light, bulky waste like cardboard is cheap to handle; plasterboard, rubble and electricals cost more because of how they must be processed. Access matters too — a loading bay is quicker than three flights of stairs. For a one-off job you can price it yourself on our booking tool; for a schedule, tell us what you produce in a typical week and we will quote a per-visit rate.

We run commercial collections throughout Chester, Ellesmere Port and Northwich, across Flintshire including Buckley, Connah's Quay, Mold and Deeside, into Denbighshire for St Asaph, Rhyl and Prestatyn, and through Wrexham, Liverpool and the Wirral. Being based in Hawarden means Chester and Flintshire businesses can usually be fitted in at short notice.

Send a few details or photos for a free quote. We agree a firm price before starting, our crew loads everything from wherever it sits, sweeps up, and your waste transfer note is emailed over. Everything is taken to licensed transfer stations for sorting — reuse and recycling before landfill.
